Perspective for Kota Kemuning Interchange

The
Shah Alam Expressway privatisation project was awarded to
M/s Kesas Sdn. Bhd.. The Expressway is divided into two (2)
packages, namely Package A and Package B.
EDC’s
scope of work for landscaping is only confined to Package
B which comprises of approximately 16km, starting at the West
Port access road at the Jalan Langat Interchange and terminates
just before the proposed intersection of the North - South
Central link Expressway.

The
proposed Expressway traverses in a easterly direction through
oil palm estates from Jalan Langat and through low bushland
to the Jalan Kebun Interchange crossing Jalan Kebun at the
Southern end of the Mardi Station. It takes a north-easterly
direction through the Kemuning Toll Plaza until it joins the
existing Bukit Kemuning, passing through oil palm estates.
The expressway then follows the alignment of the Jalan Bukit
Kemuning, crosses the Sungai Klang and passes over Jalan Hicom.
It terminates into Package A before Seafield Interchange.
